Vegetables and Hamburger Skillet

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
3 cups tomatoes, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups chopped green peppers
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain.
  2. Add vegetables and garlic. Simmer 20 minutes.
